The Air Force Physical Fitness Assessment evaluates aerobic capacity, muscular strength, and core endurance. Component weights are:
- Cardio: 60 points (60%)
- Upper Body: 20 points (20%)

Rating Categories
- Excellent: 90.0 – 100 points
- Satisfactory: 75.0 – 89.9 points
