Understanding the APFT

The APFT consisted of three events, each worth up to 100 points. A minimum of 60 points per event (180 total) was required to pass, with scores varying by age and gender.

Example (Male, 22-26):
Push-Ups: 50 reps → 77 pts | Sit-Ups: 60 reps → 78 pts | 2-Mile Run: 14:30 → 80 pts
Total: 235 points — PASS
